Board Meetings
Dakota OutRight’s monthly board meetings are open to the public and supporters are welcome to attend.
Board meetings are a time for Dakota OutRight’s Board of Directors to provide committee, project, and program updates, conduct business, and discuss new opportunities for partnerships and growth within our community.

Board meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month, 7 PM – 8 PM at The Hub — 321 S. 1st Street, Bismarck, ND, 58504 — in the small meeting room.
Committee Meetings
The bulk of Dakota OutRight’s work is done during monthly committee meetings. Like our Board Meetings, Committee Meetings are open to the public and supporters are welcome to attend. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in joining one of our committees!
Events and Pride Committee
One of Dakota OutRight’s more active and robust committees, the Events and Pride Committee organizes community and fundraising events (like the drag shows!) throughout the year, and plans and organizes the annual Capital Pride weekend of events. This committee oversees the monthly social conversation group QTalk, Queerly Reading Book Club, and Queerly Cinema Movie Club.

Outreach Committee
Dakota OutRight’s Outreach Committee has grown over the past few years into one of our busiest and in-demand committees. This group of board members and volunteers manages requests from the community for LGBTQIA2S+ sensitivity training for educators, youth-serving professionals, government agencies, medical providers, and more. The Outreach Committee provides educational LGBTQIA2S+ resources and presentations and oversees the Qspace programs.
Currently no regular meeting schedule is established. Contact us for more information if you’re interested in joining the Outreach Committee.
