Recently, the North Dakota House voted down SB2278 which would add Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity to North Dakota’s discrimination policy (54-34 vote). We want to show the North Dakota legislators that we will not be taking this sitting down. A protest will be held ON THE STEPS at the North Dakota State Capitol, Thursday, April 23, 2009, from 2:00 – 4:00PM. The State Capitol is located at 600 E Boulevard Avenue in Bismarck, ND.
